3.4 Account Transferability

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent deposit, unless bd331 support has been contacted and an alternative arrangement has been verified. bd331 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.4 Platform Fees

bd331 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. 4.5 Fraudulent Transactions

Accounts closed at the player's request may not be reopened for a period of 30 days following closure.

7.2 bd331-Initiated Suspension or Closure

7.3 Effect of Closure on Balances

7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. bd331 may charge a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 against dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs. 8.1 Platform Availability

8.2 Gaming Losses
